All First String models feature the upgraded construction introduced at the line's inception. A wider footbed, extended foxing tape, shorter toe cap, Converse CX foam, Nike Air cushioning, and a more durable Vibram outsole set them apart from regular Chuck Taylors in both comfort and finish.
