CT70 X NO PROBLEMO WHITE LOW CUT
Converse has announced its first collaboration with No Problemo, a sub-label of London-based streetwear brand Aries. The special edition Chuck 70, featuring alien and UFO-themed designs, will be released on July 21, 2026.
What is "No Problemo"?
"No Problemo" was a familiar slogan on Aries' sweatshirts, T-shirts, and caps, but it launched as an independent brand in 2024.
The creative director is Sofia Prantera, founder of Aries. The brand is developed with graphic designer Fergus Purcell (also known as the designer of Palace's "Penrose" logo).
The brand's first collection, "Area 001," draws inspiration from UFO culture and alien legends like Area 51, representing
- Extraterrestrial life
- Hidden knowledge
- Outsider perspectives
as metaphors for "curiosity," "diversity," and "exploration."
Features of the Collaboration Models
This collaboration is based on Converse's classic Chuck 70, and
- Low-cut (white)
- High-cut (black)
two models will be released.
The design theme is
1970s sci-fi movies, UFO legends, and coming-of-age films
.
Key details are as follows:
- Low-cut features a glow-in-the-dark green line around the sole
- The outsole features
- "Believe"
- and a psychedelic swirl graphic
- Logos from both Converse and No Problemo
- An alien face in the center of the All-Star patch
- Eyelets (shoe holes) are custom metal parts shaped like the alien logo
- Shoelaces are printed with
"I Want to Believe"

This phrase is an homage to the famous poster displayed in Fox Mulder's office in the TV series **"The X-Files."**
Inspiration from Movies
No Problemo explains that this collaboration was influenced by the following films:
- Stand by Me
- The Outsiders
- Back to the Future
The fusion of coming-of-age films and sci-fi culture is reflected in this Chuck 70.
Campaign Visuals
The campaign was shot at
Hackney Henge (Nature's Throne)
in London's Hackney district.
This is a stone circle modeled after Stonehenge, created by artist Paula Haughney in 1990.
The campaign features
- men and women wearing aluminum foil hats
- being abducted by aliens
in a humorous storyline.
This is a depiction symbolizing conspiracy theory culture,
"outsider stories," "hidden truths," and "seeing the world from a different perspective"
expressing No Problemo's unique worldview.
