◆ Shipping Date
As products are shipped from overseas, it will take approximately 5 to 20 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for shipping.

We will not reply to inquiries such as "When will it arrive? Is it still not shipped on [date]?"
We will not respond to any inquiries regarding shipping dates.

[Sales Precautions]
Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept inquiries regarding the following matters as we do not accommodate them:
・We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer's convenience after the order is confirmed.
・We do not accept changes to the shipping address or purchase details (size, color, quantity, etc.).
・Regardless of the reason, we do not accept delivery to an address different from the one specified at the time of order, nor do we accept redirection.
・We are not responsible for non-receipt due to reasons such as moving or relocation. Please consider the delivery period and ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
・Customers are responsible for the redelivery fee incurred due to long-term absence or refusal to receive the package.
・Payment methods cannot be changed.
・We do not accept additional product orders.

We aim to reply to inquiries within 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

*Even if you send multiple emails with the same content outside of business hours, we will only reply once.

If you do not receive a reply from us after several days, there may be an error in the email address you entered, or our email may have been automatically stored as "spam" or deleted by your email server.
Please check the above and contact us again.

*When placing an order, if you register email addresses such as docomo (docomo.ne.jp), SoftBank (softbank.jp), or au (ezweb.ne.jp), in many cases,
you will not be able to receive order confirmation emails from us (due to email filter activation). We strongly recommend registering a non-mobile carrier email address, such as "Gmail."
