Terms of Service

Chapter 1. General Provisions

Article 1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  1. These Terms
    The Terms of Service governing the use of the Store.

  2. The Store
    The operator of the online store established and operated using the Service.

  3. The Service
    The mail-order sales service provided by the Store via the Internet.

  4. Purchaser
    A person who applies to purchase products after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Store.

  5. User
    A person who, after fully understanding and agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, searches, views, or uses images, text, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, information, and other materials provided by the Store through the Service (collectively, “Content”).

Article 2. Application of These Terms

These Terms are established in connection with the use of the Service provided by the Store via the Internet. Users shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms at the time they begin using the Service.

Article 3. Changes to These Terms

The Store may, at its discretion, change all or part of these Terms or establish additional terms without prior notice to Users or Purchasers. Any changes or additions to these Terms shall become effective when posted on the website through which the Service is provided. Services provided after such changes or additions take effect shall be governed by the amended Terms.

The Store shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users or Purchasers as a result of any changes or additions to these Terms, regardless of whether such damage is direct or indirect, or whether it was foreseeable or unforeseeable.

Chapter 2. Purchase of Products, etc.

Article 4. Purchase of Products

  • Users may purchase products from the Store through the Service.

  • Users who wish to purchase a product shall submit an order in accordance with the procedures separately prescribed by the Store.

  • Upon reviewing the delivery address, order details, and other information entered or registered by the User in connection with the order, the User shall click the button confirming the order. A sales contract for the relevant product shall be deemed to have been concluded between the User and the Store when an email from the Store confirming the order details reaches the User.

  • Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if the Store determines that fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate conduct has occurred in connection with the use of the Service, the Store may cancel or terminate the sales contract or take any other appropriate measures.

  • Users who are minors may not purchase products through the Service without the prior consent of an appropriate legal representative.

Article 5. Changes to Registered Information

If there is any change to all or part of the name, address, or other information provided by the Purchaser at the time of purchase, the Purchaser shall promptly notify the Store of such change.

The Store shall not be liable for any damage arising from the Purchaser's failure to update their registered information. Even if registered information is subsequently updated, transactions for which procedures have already been completed prior to such update shall be conducted based on the information registered before the change.

Article 6. Payment Methods

  • The total amount payable for a product shall consist of the sales price displayed on the website, consumption tax, shipping charges, handling fees, and any other applicable charges.

  • Payment for products purchased through the Service shall be made by a credit card in the name of the Purchaser, bank transfer, cash on delivery, or any other payment method designated by the Store.

  • When payment is made by credit card, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately agreed upon between the Purchaser and the credit card company. If any dispute arises between the Purchaser and the credit card company or other relevant party in connection with the use of the credit card, the Purchaser shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility with the credit card company.

  • When a designated payment method provided through the Service requires the Purchaser to enter into a separate agreement with the payment service provider, including agreeing to the terms and conditions applicable to such payment method, the Purchaser shall comply with the terms and conditions separately agreed upon with the payment service provider. If any dispute arises between the Purchaser and the payment service provider in connection with such payment method, the Purchaser shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility with the payment service provider.

Article 7. Returns of Products

Returns of products by Purchasers shall be handled in accordance with the “Return Policy” set forth in the “Indication Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act” section published on the website.

The Store shall handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy separately established by the Store.

Chapter 4. User Responsibilities

Article 9. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, Users and Purchasers are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

  1. Any act that causes or may cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other Users, third parties, or the Store.

  2. Any act that infringes or may infringe upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, personal rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other rights of third parties or the Store.

  3. Any act that violates public order and morals, any applicable laws or regulations, or any act that may result in such violations.

  4. Any act of using Content obtained through the Service beyond the scope of personal use.

  5. Any act of reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, making publicly available, or otherwise engaging in similar activities involving Content obtained through the Service, whether directly or through another User or a third party.

  6. Any act that interferes with the operation of the Service or any other services provided by the Store.

  7. Any act that damages or undermines the reputation or credibility of the Store, or any other act that the Store reasonably determines to be inappropriate.

  8. Any other act that the Store determines to be inappropriate.

Chapter 5. Disclaimer

Article 10. Disclaimer

  1. The Store shall not be liable for any damage caused to a third party as a result of a User's or Purchaser's violation of these Terms or other applicable rules.

  2. The Store makes no warranty of any kind regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or any other aspect of the content of the Service or the information obtained by Users or Purchasers through the Service.

  3. Even if any Content disclosed or posted on the Service regarding products contains false or misleading information, the Store shall not be liable for any damage, loss, disadvantage, or other harm directly or indirectly suffered by Users or Purchasers as a result thereof.

  4. With respect to products sold through the Service, the Store shall not be liable for any defects or issues concerning their quality, materials, functions, performance, compatibility with other products, or any damage, loss, disadvantage, or other harm arising from such defects or issues.

  5. If a Purchaser fails or refuses to accept a product, is unable to receive a product due to prolonged absence, provides an incorrect or unknown delivery address, or is otherwise unable to receive the product for reasons attributable to the Purchaser, the Store shall fulfill its obligation to deliver the product by contacting the Purchaser using the registered contact information and/or bringing the product to the delivery address specified at the time of purchase, and shall thereafter be released from its obligation to deliver the product.

Chapter 6. Miscellaneous Provisions

Article 11. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

All Content provided through the Service shall belong exclusively to the Store or to a third party that lawfully holds the relevant rights.

If any dispute or other issue arises between a User or Purchaser and a third party as a result of a violation of this Article, the relevant User or Purchaser shall resolve such dispute or issue at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any damage, loss, disadvantage, or other harm to the Store.

Article 12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 13. Consultation and Jurisdiction

If any question or dispute arises regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the Store may determine the interpretation within a reasonable scope.

Any and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Store as the court of first instance, as agreed in advance by the parties.
